AGREEMENT

This is a service agreement between Touch Zone Clean and _____________________

Initial Application

All agreed touch points and surfaces will need to be cleaned and disinfected before application of
our barrier protection solution. This will be included free of charge on the first visit.

Ongoing Protection

We undertake to re-visit your premises every 28 days to re-apply our barrier protection solution until official cancellation of your service agreement.
Visits will be booked in advance. You will be allocated a fixed day and time no longer than 28 days from your first application. We will send your schedule by email within 48 hours of your first application.
It is advisable that all surfaces that are due to be treated are wiped down prior to the scheduled visit so that they are free from dust and deposits. We will undertake this work for you, provided that this has been agreed as part of this service agreement. In this instance, an additional fixed fee will be agreed between both parties. If you choose to wipe down surfaces yourself, please be aware
that it is your responsiblty to ensure these surfaces are fully prepared prior to application, as our
application technician will be instructed to apply the barrier solution immediately upon arrival.
All Touch Zone Clean operatives have been fully trained in health & safety, service delivery
procedures and chemical application. They will also follow all current government guidelines with
respect of COVID-19 prevention, such as social distancing and the wearing of PPE. If, however,
there is any accidental damage to your premises caused by a Touch Zone Clean operative, you will
be fully covered by the company’s insurances, and any breakages will be replaced or paid for by
Touch Zone Clean.

Supply of Point of Sale and Marketing Support

We will provide you with one Loan One sign that you can display in your outlet.
More signage can be purchased if you wish, but this will be at our cost price.
If your sign is lost or defaced, we will supply you with a new sign at our cost price.
We will list your outlet on our Online Web directory.
Touch Zone Clean will commit to ongoing advertising to promote all member outlets as safe, clean
places to visit.

Changes to Scheduling or Disruption to Visit

Temporary Schedule Change:

If you need to change your scheduled visit, please ensure that you provide Touch Zone Clean with at least 7 days notice.

Permanent Schedule Change:

You can request a permanent change to your schedule than that previously arranged between both parties. We will do our best to accommodate this. Please be advised, however, that we will require 30 days’ notice.
If we arrive on the agreed day / time for a scheduled service, and we are prevented form carrying
out the application, you will still be charged for the visit.
If we have to wait before carrying out the application, we reserve the right to charge you waiting
time at our standard hourly rate (details on request).
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot turn up on the agreed day, we will contact you as
soon as we are aware of the issue, to re-schedule the visit at your convenience.
If for any reason we cannot carry out our scheduled, agreed visit to re-apply within 30 days, the
surface will need to be cleaned and disinfected again. In this instance, we will undertake this work
free of charge.

Termination of Agreement

We require 30 days’ notice of permanent cancellation of this service agreement.
If you terminate this agreement with us, you agree to allow us access to your premises in order to
remove any Touch Zone Clean signage.
Our signs have been constructed to ensure that they can be placed easily in your premises without
any additional fittings. We will not be responsible to make good any damage resulting from the
removal of the signs if they have been tampered with by anyone other than a Touch Clean Zone
employee or Agent.
We will remove your listing and any related links from our business directory.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of each application. Payment method to be by card transaction.
We prefer immediate payment upon completion. If for any reason, this is not transacted and
payment is not received within four days of the service visit, then a late payment fee of 5% per
week will be applied to your account until said account is cleared*.
You may prefer to subscribe to our Standing Order payment system, especially for ongoing
protection services. We are happy to arrange this with you, and will offer a 5% discount on the
overall service costs for an ongoing protection arrangement processed through a Standing Order
system. Please request at time of contractual agreement.
We will accept cash payments. However, there will be a handling charge of £1 for each cash
payment transaction.
A Service Invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours of payment being received.
